Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to join our team, specifically from the OEM, Telecom, or Recommerce industries. The ideal candidate will combine sales and operational expertise with a proven history in business development and vendor management. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who can work independently in an unstructured environment to drive business growth. Role & responsibilities Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for our key eCommerce partners. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with eCommerce platform stakeholders. Provide regular communication to key stakeholders regarding performance, opportunities, and challenges. Revenue & Growth Optimization: Ensure consistent and sustainable revenue generation as per the AOP across all eCommerce accounts. Develop and execute strategies for driving sales growth and profitability. Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and new market segments. Optimize pricing strategies, product, and promotional activities to drive consistent growth. Proactively monitor and identify areas for improvement to meet or exceed revenue targets. Work closely with E-commerce counterpart to co-create and develop new offering. Product Visibility & Optimization: Oversee product listings to ensure they are accurate, optimized, and in line with Terms. Ensure to keep our offerings and visibility has upper hand than competition. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverable for new product offering, pricing, product listing, Tech Development, marketing collaterals. Market Insights & Reporting: Analyse and report on eCommerce performance, focusing on revenue, sales trends, and key performance metrics. Provide insights into competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Monitor customer reviews and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in product and service offerings. Collaboration & Coordination: Ensure smooth logistics and order fulfilment for eCommerce sales, including inventory management and timely deliveries. Optimize the existing processes to ensure higher customer satisfaction and high efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any account-related issues and maintain seamless operations. Education & Experience Required MBA or Graduate with a strong academic back ground Minimum 7/8 years of experience in key account management, preferably in eCommerce. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and best practices. Knowledge of Digital sales and products. Proven track record in achieving revenue and growth targets in eCommerce. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management Skills required Must have knowledge of working with E-commerce company in India Knowledge of product management and eCommerce tools.
