Key Account Manager Closing on: Apr 30, 2025 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 5-6 years of experience and an MBA in Finance or Marketing to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and technical services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients. Understand key customer needs and requirements, particularly in the areas of accounts receivable and technical services. Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Serve as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams, including technical services. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers to maintain trust. Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts using key account metrics. Collaborate with the technical services team to ensure client needs are met effectively. Requirements: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, with 5-6 years of relevant experience. MBA in Finance or Marketing. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and technical services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
