Roles and Responsibilities :- Achieve Order book targets and revenue targets as per annual budgets Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to reach new customer segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client organizations. Create and design learning solutions/ framework as per the client needs. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our training solutions. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. B2B sales expierence should be there .
