Job Title: Account Manager / Key Account Manager Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 8+ years in Account Management, specially handling SAP Labs. Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with experience managing SAP Labs as account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring customer success, driving revenue growth, and identifying new opportunities within SAP Labs. This role requires a deep understanding of SAPs ecosystem, and client engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Labs, ensuring strong, long-term relationships. Understand the clients business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs. Maintain regular interactions with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Account Growth & Revenue Management: Develop account strategies to maximize revenue from SAP Labs. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for new services, solutions, or products. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Delivery) to drive successful client engagements. Customer Success & Service Delivery: Ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues proactively. Work closely with internal teams to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. Gather client feedback to improve service offerings. Business Development & Opportunity Identification: Leverage insights from SAP Labs to create new business opportunities. Identify market trends, customer pain points, and potential solutions. Support proposal development, RFP responses, and business case presentations. Operational & Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with SAP Labs. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies. Monitor account performance metrics and generate regular reports. Key Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: 8+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably with SAP Labs or enterprise technology clients. Strong understanding of SAP products, services, and ecosystem. Experience in enterprise sales, relationship management, and contract negotiations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive revenue growth and develop strategic account plans.
