Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our retail sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with our key partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Management: - Manage and grow existing key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations. - Identify and address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. 2. Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and pursue them to closure. - Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence within key accounts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. 3. Strategic Planning: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our key customers' business needs, challenges, and goals. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and account management. 4. Communication and Collaboration: - Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executive leadership. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies. 5. Partner Payouts Processing: - Process partner payouts in accordance with our partner agreements and payout schedules. - Ensure accurate and timely payments to partners. 6. Payout Reconciliation: - Reconcile payout discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. - Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to resolve payout-related queries. Requirements: 1. Education: MBA/Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., (link unavailable)) and Microsoft Office.
