Job Description

A Key Accounts Executive is a role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with an organization's most important clients (key accounts). This position requires a combination of sales, customer service, and relationship management skills. Responsibilities Key Accounts management Responsible for handling sales operations by smoothly handling all enquiries of assigned key accounts Preparing and sending quotations Processing orders and follow-ups on billing & dispatch Responsible for follow-ups for collection of C-Forms & payments. Prepare MIS and reports on orders & payments of assigned key accounts as per timelines . New business development Identify competitors of key accounts from their respective industry / sector and generate leads Responsible for generating business by converting leads to sales and achieve assigned quarterly targets Maintain excellent relations with all key clients as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in any field
