We are looking for a dynamic techno-commercial professional with 8 12 years experience in Waterproofing, Repair, Flooring, Sealant & Tiling Fixing systems preferably from Admixture and Construction Chemical background. Qualification: B.Tech (Civil/ Chemical) with MBA preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Manage key accounts for construction chemicals, focusing on institutional sales and project sales. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective account management. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to expand market presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in key accounts, project sales, or institutional sales in the admixture and construction chemical industry. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization). Proven track record of success in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of waterproofing solutions, epoxy products, adhesives, etc.
