Role & responsibilities Revenue Target Generate business Revenue volume in each business account/ Entity/Principle/ Group/ Segment/ Market thru business solution offering. Lead Generation Identify potential Business opportunity, formulate innovative solutions to enhance account performance, implement thru suitable business tie-up, Develop multiple contact techniques/ Tech tools, promote suitable product and services thereby generate leads. Business Tie up Sign up with consultants/ Nurses/ Healthcare Experts in given hospital/ Retail market/ Territory/ Corporate / Agencies to refer customers for our Product and Services. Account Engagement- Continuously meet/ interact with business Stake holders/ Department HOD/ KOL, improve level of inter dependence, Maintain smooth business transactions. Relationship Management- Develop good Business relationship with all stakeholders within the Hospital/ TPI/ Consultants/ Department Heads/ Nursing Team/ Intermediaries. Account Analysis- Collate Key data and information about account, interpret Analyse the trend, identify gap in strength and weakness, explore solutions to fill the gap. Complaint Handling- Raise service request for any complaints from Account/ Entity/ Stakeholder, Service provider. Market Survey- Keep tracking developments in markets/ competitors practice, Report back to office. Trade Promotion- Initiate marketing activities BTL, participate in trade promotional shows, Arrange CME/ CNE/ Round table meetings. Marketing- Execute marketing strategy in given market- Sales Campaign, thru digital tools etc.. Data Entry- Enter/ Register all required information about sales, customer, Business Transactions in prescribed format/ Software.. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
