Dear All, We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee and further improvise the client relationships of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. What you'll do: Front ending key accounts End-to-end client servicing Cross selling new services Renewals and upselling the existing accounts Engagement activities to promote MFine services Increasing sign-ups and utilization Increasing B2B2C business of existing accounts MIS & reviews with accounts Handling escalations and grievances. Invoicing and payments What you'll need to succeed: Minimum 4-5 years experience in Account Management. The ability to build rapport with key clients. Strong Negotiation and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills.
