Roles and Responsibility: The eCommerce Key Account Manager will manage and grow business with eCommerce portals. This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce sales, excellent negotiation, and communication skills, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for these portals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at eCommerce portals to drive growth. Conduct regular business reviews with partners and identify new opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product presentation, pricing, promotions, and content according to each portals requirements. Negotiate and manage contracts to align with company goals while fostering positive partner relations. Analyze market trends and competition, providing strategic recommendations to the team. Monitor sales performance and deliver regular reports and insights to key stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand perception. Oversee Amazon catalog management, including variation listings, A+ content, and brand store optimization. Plan and manage shipments for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Flipkart (FBF). Onboard new eCommerce portals and optimize keywords to improve visibility and performance. Candidate Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce account management or sales. Proven success in negotiation and business development. Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks. Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
