Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager (Quick Commerce) to join our fast-paced and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships with key clients in the quick commerce sector, ensuring operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships. You will be the bridge between internal teams and clients, working to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions that meet the needs of our quick commerce business model. Experience : Experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the quick commerce Proven track record of managing key client accounts and driving business growth in fast-paced, operationally intensive environments. Skills : Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities. Exposure of quick commerce and e-commerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices . Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools. Understanding of logistics, delivery management, and supply chain dynamics within quick commerce. Exposure on Quick Commerce marketplace like - Blinkit, Zepto Key Attributes : Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Team player with strong collaboration skills across departments. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
