(Please read the JD carefully before applying) Role: Responsible for achieving monthly / quarterly sales targets for the category for SELF. Collaborate with all functions and cross function teams to ensure successful project executions. Constantly look for business opportunities / expansions and strategic initiatives for the category. Articulate your team's performance on metrics and take actionable steps after reviews. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base. Servicing the needs of your existing customers. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers and ensuring your team does the same. Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management. Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales. Help your team on the field with an arsenal of skill set that ensures prominent growth for your reportees. Implementing a sales management process for identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects for your team. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Technology, communications, business management, or related field is preferred. Proven sales experience: Previous experience of tech sales to DOCTORS is a MUST. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas by on-boarding clinics and hospitals as end customer. Proficient in articulating effort metrics and a funnel system. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills.
