JOB DESCRIPTION: KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER Product Presentations & Technical Showcases Deliver tailored product presentations and live demos for heavy equipment applications in sectors including cement plants, steel mills, refineries, metro & rail projects, Road & infra, Port, Renewable energy & others sector projects. Customer Engagement Activities Organize customer meets and technical training sessions to build trust and demonstrate product capabilities. Project Site Visits & Enquiry Generation Conduct regular visits to project sites across sectors to identify equipment needs and generate qualified enquiries. Engage with project managers, EPC contractors, and procurement heads. Techno-Commercial Coordination Align technical specifications and commercial proposals with customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Detailed Project Reporting (DPR) & MIS Prepare detailed DPRs including project scope, equipment demand forecasts, and competitor mapping. Maintain updated MIS for enquiry tracking, sales funnel, and performance analytics. Stakeholder & Regional Team Coordination Coordinate with regional sales, service, and execution teams to ensure timely support and closure. Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and site teams. Senior Management Engagement Facilitate strategic meetings between senior leadership and key customer stakeholders for high-value negotiations and relationship strengthening. Work Order Coordination Ensure smooth coordination between project teams and customers for timely issuance and execution of work orders. Monitor order status and resolve pre-delivery issues. Continuous Project Monitoring & Equipment Planning Track project progress to forecast future equipment requirements. Prepare equipment requirement projections and maintain a close loop with SANY customers for proactive planning and support. Key Account Management Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts across sectors through regular engagement and performance reviews. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. New Key Account Identification Identify and onboard new key accounts from various sectors including cement, steel, refinery, metro, road, Port, renewable energy, power, manufacturing sectors to expand market presence.
