Excellent understating of latest technologies and upcoming technology trends (mandatory) Must be hands - on with writing code and highly capable to help team with any technical problem (mandatory) Must have experience with web platform and mobile app development (mandatory) Must have experience with IT budget creation, tool evaluation and optimizing IT cost Must have experience with team management, project management, technical evaluation of team members, performance assessment of team membersExperience in setting up technology ecosystem development for mobile and web applications through API integration Work Profile: Planning technical strategy, product roadmaps, resources requirement and technology cost / budget Own technical & architectural decision making, be responsible with defining strong engineering processes to establish process and plan product releases ensuring timely delivery Monitor teams KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
