Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, presenting Kia vehicles effectively, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized vehicle recommendations. Present and demonstrate Kia vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits. Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to vehicle delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering post-purchase support. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications: Education: Graduation required; postgraduate degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years in automotive sales or a related role. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
