As a semi-governmental establishment, Oneiros focuses on holistic self-development through fitness routines, yogic practices, sports, games, and nutritional facilities. With a vision of increasing fitness and health awareness within the community, Oneiros provides expert and advanced training for sports and swimming in Surat. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Kids Club Principal located at Oneiros in Surat. The Kids Club Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and educational programs within the Kids Club, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing age-appropriate activities, coordinating with parents and guardians, and managing the Kids Club's daily operations. Qualifications Experience in child care, early childhood education, or a related field Strong leadership and staff management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement engaging educational activities Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and staff Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred Experience working in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
