Role and Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on various HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism, to support decision-making processes. Coordinate with departments to follow up on employee no due clearance, ensuring timely completion of exit formalities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements, including but not limited to labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits. Handle payroll inputs. Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner. Stay updated on changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to HR operations and payroll management. Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director. Area of Expertise: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in HR operations roles, with 1 to 3 years of experience. Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, including employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, and compliance. Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
