Skills and Qualifications 2-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, grills, and mixers. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
