Supervision and Coordination: Directs and coordinates all kitchen stewarding activities, including assigning tasks, monitoring cleanliness, and managing inventory. Team Management: Trains, mentors, and evaluates the performance of kitchen stewards, fostering teamwork and a culture of excellence. Cleaning and Hygiene: Ensures adherence to health and safety standards, conducts regular inspections, and implements effective cleaning schedules and procedures. Inventory Management: Monitors and manages inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Collaboration: Collaborates with culinary staff to ensure proper handling and cleaning of equipment and utensils. Safety and Security: Ensures the proper handling and storage of chemicals and equipment, and monitors and maintains health, hygiene, and safety at the workplace.
