Job Description

Oversee all knitting floor operations , including machine scheduling, production planning, and manpower deployment. Supervise and maintain smooth functioning of circular, flat knitting machines . Ensure production targets are met with optimal machine efficiency and minimal downtime. Monitor yarn input, fabric output, and defect rates to ensure top-quality knitted fabric . Implement preventive maintenance plans and coordinate with the maintenance team to reduce machine breakdowns. Train and mentor supervisors, operators, and helpers to build a high-performance team. Maintain detailed production logs, quality reports, and inventory tracking records. Work with the Quality Assurance team to address non-conformities and fabric defects. Continuously analyze and improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste . Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and company protocols . Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Focal Point, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: 15years: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
