This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing Manhattan WMS based on fit-gap analysis, ensuring seamless integration within the retail supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end transformation from solution design to successful implementation aligning it with customer success parameters.Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Fit-Gap Analysis: Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis to assess business requirements against Manhattan WMS capabilities. WLM (Warehouse Labor Management) experience is a plus.Preferred candidate profile Manhattan Associates WMS Certification PMP / Agile / TOGAF (preferred but not mandatory) 12+ years of experience working with Manhattan Associates WMS in a solution architect or lead consultant role. Strong background in the retail domain, with deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain logistics. Hands-on experience in data migration, inventory transition strategies, and cutover planning. Proven ability to design and implement SCI reports and analytics for performance tracking.
