Job Title: UX Designer Location: Hyderabad | Work from Office Domain: Real Estate (Good to have) Job Type: Full-time Salary: As per the market Previous work portfolio URL is mandatory Job Summary We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences by conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools. User-Centered Design: Apply human-centered design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align UX design with business goals. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance user experience. Information Architecture: Organize and structure content to optimize user navigation and interactions. Design System & Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products. Feedback & Iteration: Gather user feedback and iterate designs to improve usability and engagement. Accessibility Compliance: Ensure designs follow accessibility best practices (WCAG guidelines). Stay Updated: Keep up with UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve design processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:* Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or a similar role. * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. * Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure. * Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. * Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies. * Understanding of accessibility and usability standards (WCAG). Preferred Qualifications * Experience with tools like Miro, Balsamiq, Zeplin. * Familiarity with UX research tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, UserTesting. * Basic knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions. * Prior experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile app design.
