With 35 elegantly designed rooms and suites, a swimming pool, on-site restaurant, and banquet hall, Kowju Airport Hotel offers a blend of sophistication and ease for a luxurious stay near the airport.Key Responsibilities:- MICE Business Development: Generate and manage inquiries for MICE events and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.- Wedding & Group Sales: Drive sales for weddings and special events, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.- Travel Agent Network: Build and nurture a robust network of travel agents to drive business and sales through third-party channels.- Sales & Networking Activities: Participate in travel fairs, site visits, and corporate meetings to generate new business opportunities and strengthen industry connections.- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding the targets set by management, focusing on increasing hotel occupancy and revenue.- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Sales & Reservation team to deliver high-performance results.- Forecasting & Market Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning aimed at improving hotel occupancy and revenue growth.- New Market Development: Identify new market opportunities and generate sales in untapped regions.- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate with clients, particularly for wedding groups and large events, ensuring successful deal closure.- Collaboration with Operations: Coordinate closely with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.- Corporate Client Engagement: Regularly visit corporate clients to maintain and grow relationships.- Travel Packages: Create and promote attractive travel packages for distribution through travel agents and other sales channels.- GSA Identification: Identify and develop relationships with General Sales Agents (GSAs) in key regions to drive sales growth.Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales within the hospitality industry.- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Goa tourism and hospitality market, with a strong network of industry contacts.- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet or exceed sales targets.- Experience Location: Calicut / Kozhikode area- Residency: Must be a resident of Calicut/MalappuramWhy Join Us?As a growing hospitality group with a diverse portfolio, we offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to our expansion and success.
