About the role : Ensuring smooth functioning of the LMS functions like launching courses, tracking feedback, downloading MIS reports from the LMS, etc. Analyzing and interpreting the MIS reports, Creating monthly and quarterly dashboards based on level and businesses Ensuring the logistical requirements of the session like room booking, equipment readiness for training, arranging for external venue and related requirement by working closely with the admin and IT team. Supporting and working with the team to design, implement and monitor the enabling skills calendar Ensuring zero errors are being made while launching courses. Accuracy in the MIS report being generated, and dashboards being created. Timely updating and booking of the logistical requirements for the trainings without any gaps. Collecting feedback from the trainees and managing the records What you will require to take up this role : THE INDIVIDUAL: Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability Any Graduate 0-1 years of experience , must have excellent communication skills, good excel and PPT skills.
