Relationship M About the Role We are looking for a PR Brand Manager to drive KredX s brand positioning, communications, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing branding strategies, managing PR efforts, and ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent storytelling skills, media relations experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategies that drive growth, expansion, and profitability using data-driven insights. Oversee and produce a wide range of digital and print branding materials, ensuring consistency across all communications. Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to refine messaging and positioning. Act as the primary liaison between KredX and external partners/agencies for PR and branding initiatives, ensuring a unified brand image. Develop and execute communication strategies that align with KredX s vision and marketing goals. Plan, prepare, and distribute promotional content, including press releases, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media updates. Promote key company activities, such as product launches, community initiatives, leadership announcements, and more. Conceptualize and manage thought leadership content for KredX s C-suite executives across various platforms. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and leadership, to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Handle any other PR and branding-related duties as required. Requirements Experience: 4-6 years in PR, branding, or a related field (B2B or startup experience preferred). Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in media relations, content creation, and executive branding. Self-driven, proactive, and a strong team player.

This role involves onboarding, managing and nurturing corporate relationships, ensuring maximum business, and contributing to overall profitability. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and activate corporates on the DTX platform, ensuring engagement and increasing transaction MoM Manage a portfolio of corporate clients managing both factoring reverse factoring and optimising transaction volumes. Own the PL for the assigned portfolio achieving revenue, pricing, and profitability targets Drive business expansion by increasing transaction value, supplier onboarding revenue in the platform Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new corporates, MSMEs, and distribution partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate treasurers, CFOs, Procurement Heads and Promoters to drive referrals and repeat business. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly revenue and volume targets. Regularly monitor, forecast, and report business performance metrics. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech, preferably in corporate relationship management, financial services sales, supply chain finance or TReDS Exposure to corporate treasurers, CFOs, procurement teams and key decision-makers in large enterprises. Strong understanding of supply chain finance products and technology-driven financial solutions. Proven track record in sales, market expansion, and business development.
