Must be passionate to keep on upgrading yourself as per the industrial requirement. REQUIREMENTS: Receive written and verbal descriptions of a sequence from the director or head of story. Create quick thumbnail sketches through to finished detailed storyboard panels. Illustrate script pages and come up with story ideas. Must have strong skills for sketching dynamic anatomy and face facial expressions and gestures. Ability to analyze scenes in written form and translate into visual product. Ability to express story and character through drawings. Ability to invent action and express it through drawings. Ability to present work in a clear and entertaining way. Revise, edit and modify sketches as needed, per directors notes. Experience with Photoshop and after effects to create animatics. Should be friendly with Digital art software like Photoshop and Krita along with graphic tablets like Wacom or Huion

As a Concept artist on Kreivas Creative team you will be executing concepts in collaboration with Creative head to build Develop multiple ideas and adapt different visual styles while maintaining the vision of the video game, feature film and animated series. The concept artist will collaborate with art directors and motions graphic designers to generate concepts artworks to support the artwork of pre-production. REQUIREMENTS: Develop multiple ideas quickly and adapt different creative styles. Build exciting and dramatic environment, character, and prop concept paintings and take the assets from concept to the final output. Build and deliver high quality marketing art assets. Handle red-line feedback for outsource vendors. Should have a good sense of creating hard surface mech models. Strong skills in generating quick thumbnail sketches during the brainstorming. Demonstrate knowledge of strong character and environment design in a variety of styles from realistic to stylized with accurate perspective. Expert in Photoshop and graphic tablets like Wacom huion. Having knowledge of Krita is an advantage.

Z BRUSH ARTIST : Sculpting artist have to create sculpted models and props to generate fully rendered versions of concept art for presentation purposes. Along the way, we will alter a pre-built base mesh in Maya, sculpt it in ZBrush, and then paint over the ZBrush render in Photoshop. ZBrush pipeline for concept art helps to generate the NextGen 360 degree concept art for the presentation. REQUIREMENTS: Must be friendly with the Zbrush or Mudbox and aware with the tips and tricks regarding the software to create smart work that reduces the time consumption. solid understanding of the workflows that are required to quickly create highly detailed concept art pieces.
