Job Description Accounts ExecutivePosition: Accounts Executive Location: Anna Nagar Chennai Experience: 1-2 Years Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage and oversee daily accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance, GST filing, invoice processing, payroll, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST compliance, and general accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:Maintain general ledger and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.Handle Tally entries for daily transactions.Prepare and process GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets.Handle invoice generation, verification, and processing.Assist in audit preparations and documentation.Payroll & Compliance:Manage PF, ESI, and payroll processing.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.Maintain employee records for payroll and tax purposes.Administrative Support:Oversee office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.Assist in inventory management and company asset tracking.Support management in financial planning and budgeting.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.Experience: Minimum 1 years in accounting and finance.Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.Good communication and analytical skills.Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience in banking transactions and reconciliation.Knowledge of corporate financial practices and regulations.Familiarity with inventory and procurement management.Kindly share your profile : career@credentech.com
