Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a multi-master Kubernetes cluster with 3 master and worker nodes. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the cluster. Monitor and troubleshoot MinIO, HashiCorp Vault, Prometheus, and ArgoCD within the cluster. Handle NFS storage configuration and management to ensure persistent storage for applications. Manage cluster networking, service discovery, and ingress configurations . Set up RBAC policies, security configurations, and access control mechanisms. Optimize cluster resource utilization and ensure autoscaling where necessary. Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies for Kubernetes workloads. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Helm charts . Debug and resolve container runtime, pod scheduling, and performance issues. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines . Keep the Kubernetes cluster updated and patched as per best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration . Expertise in managing multi-master Kubernetes clusters . Strong knowledge of MinIO, HashiCorp Vault, Prometheus, and ArgoCD . Experience in managing NFS storage in Kubernetes . Proficiency in Helm, Kustomize, and Kubernetes Operators . Experience with networking in Kubernetes (Calico) . Strong understanding of RBAC, security best practices, and secrets management . Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools . Experience in containerization and CI/CD automation . Scripting experience in Bash Working knowledge of Resource automation (Helm) . Ability to debug Kubernetes workloads, pods, and performance issues. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Kubernetes Administrator ( CKA ) or CKS . Knowledge of service meshes like Istio or Linkerd. Experience in scaling large Kubernetes deployments . Role & responsibilities Compensation: Day rate of INR 6,000 to INR 8,000 per day Working from Home Opportunity to travel onsite
