Key Responsibilities:Production Supervision:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to meet quality, quantity, and delivery targetsAssign tasks to machine operators and production workers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Monitor machine and manpower efficiency, reporting daily production and downtimeEnsure all production processes are followed as per quality and safety standardsConduct shift meetings, maintain discipline, and resolve basic team issuesMould Changing Tool Setting:Perform mold changes on injection molding machines or die-casting equipment as per scheduleEnsure proper installation, alignment, and setup of molds and related peripheralsConduct pre- and post-changeover checks to ensure safe and smooth startupTroubleshoot molding issues (e.g., flash, short shots, cycle time issues) and ensure minimal downtimeWork closely with maintenance and quality teams to optimize tool performance

Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings and other structuresRead and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plansInspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakersIdentify electrical problems using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopesEnsure electrical systems meet safety regulations and codesPerform regular maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficientlyRespond promptly to repair requests and emergency callsCollaborate with engineers and other tradespeople as neededMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours workedComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and safe work areas
