Role & responsibilities Manage KYC compliance processes for banking and loan services. Handle document collection, verification, and form completion. Coordinate and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely submissions. Technical & Compliance Skills: KYC & AML Regulations: Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. Banking & Loan Processes: Familiarity with banking products, loan procedures, and financial documentation. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local and international banking regulations and compliance standards. Document Management: Proficiency in handling, verifying, and organizing sensitive financial documents. CRM & Banking Software: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and core banking systems. Communication & Coordination: Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and follow-ups. Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate with internal teams, banks, and external agencies.
