Preferred candidate profile Manage alert investigations. Candidate should have experience in KYC Screening process with CDD and EDD For Team Lead, team handling experience is mandatory Understanding the alert type of Sanctions/PEP depending upon the WOC/SDN data. Review and investigate Alerts generated by the system and resolving it with various discounting factors as per Sanctions/PEP guidelines. Shift timings would be 20:30 PM to 06:30 AM & 10 30 AM to 08:30 PM. Rotational Weekly off Would be Friday and Saturday / Sunday and Monday. No Fixed Sat & Sun Week off.
