The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: KYC Verification (30%) Conduct verification calls for ID customers. Validate KYC details and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Gain a strong understanding of the Instant Discharge product. Collection Follow-ups (50%) Follow up on pending patient dues after final insurance approval. Facilitate timely EMI collections for smooth financial transactions. Process Compliance & Quality Assurance (10%) Adhere to call quality standards and follow verification/collection scripts. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company guidelines . Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Enhancement (10%) Deliver a professional and seamless customer call experience. Maintain high CSAT scores by addressing queries with empathy and efficiency. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in KYC verification or loan collections Ability to follow processes and regulatory guidelines Customer service orientation
