Looking for a immediate joiner who can join within 15 to 30 days Job Description: Key Skills & Expertise: Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Data Center (DC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments. Networking Basics: Understanding of VXLANits purpose, where and how it is used in networking. Monitoring & Coordination: Experience in network monitoring, NoC operations, and coordination with TAC for troubleshooting. Incident Management: Ability to log, track, and escalate incidents following ITIL best practices. Customer & NOC Coordination: Provide 24/7 support, ensuring smooth communication between the customers NOC and internal technical teams. Technical Proficiency: Basic troubleshooting of L1 network issues and coordination with L2/L3 teams. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs, generate reports, and document issues for reference and analysis. Roles & Responsibilities : Network Monitoring: Regularly monitor the health of DC and network infrastructure. Issue Escalation: Coordinate with TAC and higher-level engineers for problem resolution. Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer NOC teams. Incident & Change Management: Assist in executing routine maintenance and change requests. Shift Operations: Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, ensuring smooth operations. Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA/Diploma in Networking or related field. Certifications like CCNA or equivalent will be an advantage.
