Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. Document customer issues and solutions in the support database. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the senior support team or developers. Provide timely updates to customers on issue resolution progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best solutions and improve the product. Learn about new features and updates to effectively assist customers. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of troubleshooting, IT systems, and common technical problems. Familiarity with support ticketing systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly. Willingness to continuously develop and improve your technical and communication skills.
