Provide Level 2 support for Automation Anywhere products, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving technical problems Assist in project support activities, ensuring successful implementation and operation of automation solutions Design, develop, and deploy Power apps for business process automation. Create and optimize Power Automate workflows for process automation and integration with external systems. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and insights. Ability to identify and analyze automation opportunities within business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications and automation. Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and Power Automate issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong Automation Anywhere experience with hands on experience developing and deploying production Bots (with A360 preferably) Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate Hands on expertise on migrating projects from Automation Anywhere V11/A360 to Power Automate would be a plus. Understanding of Data verse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources would be a plus Experience with XML, JMS, SOAP and/or Web Services (WS-*) and other SOA/Integration technologies Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Teams Administration. Certified on A2019 Product Suites, Advanced Automation Developer Certified on Automation Anywhere Advance V11 or Advanced RPA Professional (A360)
