Eurofins IT Solutions, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India With 36 facilities worldwide, Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is the largest network of bio/pharmaceutical GMP product testing laboratories providing comprehensive laboratory services for the worlds largest pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device companies. This role reports to a Manager. Required Experience and Skills Experince: 5 Years to 8 Years L3 support specialists are experts who handle complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide solutions, often acting as subject matter experts. They support L1/L2 teams, manage incidents/problems, and execute non-standard changes, ensuring smooth and reliable IT operations. L3 specialists require a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications on Azure platform. L3 specialists tackle complex issues that L1 and L2 teams cannot resolve, requiring in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
