Job Overview : We are currently seeking a skilled Lab Admin Executive with expertise in diamond weighing and cleaning to join our team. The Lab Admin Executive will be responsible for accurately weighing diamonds and ensuring they are cleaned to perfection, adhering to industry standards and client specifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct precise weighing of diamonds using calibrated scales and equipment, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Clean diamonds using appropriate techniques and solutions to remove dirt, oil, another impurities. Inspect diamonds for cleanliness and quality, identifying any imperfections or irregularities that may require further attention. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of certified diamonds to clients. Assist in inventory management and record-keeping related to weighed and cleaned diamonds, maintaining accurate documentation. Should be flexible to Multi-task in all Admin related tasks. Experience: 2 + years of experience working into Weighing & Printing in Diamond Lab. Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency in weighing and cleaning procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide support as needed. Commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction with every diamond processed. Adherence to safety protocols and best practices for handling diamonds and operating cleaning equipment. Education & Certifications : Min HSC or Graduate Work Environment: May occasionally be required to work overtime to meet deadlines
