Job Vacancy: Lab Technician (Protein Biochemist) Location: Hyderabad (CDFD, or AIC-CCMB) Type: Full-time Company: ANLISA Biotech Anticipated start-date: April-June 2025 Are you passionate about protein biochemistry and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment? We are seeking a talented and motivated Lab Technician in Protein Biochemistry to join our startup team to pioneer an attomolar-ultrasensitive (single-cell-resolution) immunoassay technology for high-throughput detection of molecular biomarkers. If you have hands-on experience in protein purification and a strong foundation in protein biochemistry, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and optimize buffers Handle sensitive proteins (SDS page, Bradford method, Dialyse) Prepare and autoclave bacterial media and buffers Maintain lab inventory and equipment. Document experimental results, prepare technical reports, and contribute to scientific patents/publications. Qualifications: MSc in Biochemistry (preferred) or BSc (with 5-10 years research/industry experience in protein purification). Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as SDS-PAGE, ELISA and spectrofluorometry. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Excellent lab-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
