Mango Advisors LLP is looking for Land Acquisition to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Job Summary: The Land Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land for development or investment purposes The role involves conducting market research, negotiating with property owners and stakeholders, and managing the due diligence process The Land Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's growth strategy by securing new land opportunities Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential land opportunities that align with the organization's growth strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to identify potential acquisition opportunitiesEvaluate potential acquisition opportunities based on a variety of factors, including market conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental considerationsConduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate potential acquisition opportunitiesNegotiate land purchase agreements and other legal documents with landowners and stakeholdersManage the due diligence process, including title and survey review, environmental assessments, and other site investigations Requirements:Experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of real estate valuation and financial analysisExperience with due diligence processes, including title and survey review and environmental assessmentsPositive attitude, high energy, and a passion for real estate development and land acquisition
