(Part of the ROYAL Group) Location: Project Sites (As per company requirements) Industry: Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Railways, Bridges Job Overview: Royal Infraconstru Ltd. is seeking experienced Land Surveyors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in surveying for bridges or railway projects , with expertise in using Total Station, AutoCAD, and topographic surveys . The role demands precision, efficiency, and collaboration with design teams to ensure accurate and timely survey data collection. Key Responsibilities: Conduct land and site surveys using Total Station and other surveying instruments. Prepare topographic surveys, layouts, and contour maps using AutoCAD. Assist in setting out alignments, levels, and reference points for construction activities. Ensure accurate data recording and mapping to support project design and execution. Coordinate with the design team to validate survey data and implement modifications if required. Prepare and submit detailed survey reports within the project timeline. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications. Identify and rectify discrepancies in site measurements and plans. Adhere to safety and quality standards while conducting fieldwork. Key Skills Qualifications: Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land surveying for bridge or railway projects . Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Total Station and AutoCAD . Understanding of GPS and GIS technologies. Knowledge of surveying principles, leveling, and setting out methods . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in challenging site conditions and meet deadlines. Performance Metrics: Accuracy of surveying reports and layouts. Timely submission of survey data and reports. Effective coordination with design and execution teams . Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 per month.
