Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Large Format Retail Head to lead and manage our large-format retail operations across multiple high-profile retail chains. The role requires strategic planning, business growth execution, team leadership, and profitability management to drive sales and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Channel Management: Oversee large-format retail operations representing brand Technosport Profitability & Performance: Monitor account-wise profitability to ensure the achievement of annual EBITDA targets. Strategic Planning: Implement seasonal and channel-wise strategies to enhance brand ranking, increase market share and drive performance across different retail formats. Team Leadership & People Management: Manage and mentor a team of Regional AMs & TLs to ensure minimal attrition and foster a healthy work environment. Business Planning & Execution: Collaborate with top management to finalize account-wise annual business plans, ensuring the achievement of business targets. Key Requirements: Proven experience in large-format retail management and modern trade channels . Strong expertise in business planning, strategic growth, and sales execution . Leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively. Analytical mindset for competition analysis and market trends adaptation . Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior management. Maintaining relation with top large format accounts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years in retail or modern trade, preferably in fashion and lifestyle sectors.
