About the Role We are a fast-growing startup looking for a Diploma or ITI-certified candidate in Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in cable assemblies, wire harnessing, and RF cable systems . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and an eagerness to work in a hands-on, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage Laser Marking equipment for cable and component identification Participate in the cable assembly manufacturing process Perform reverse engineering of cable assemblies ; create specifications and technical drawings Prepare electrical load summaries , cable routing , sizing , and scheduling documentation Assist in technical specification preparation and BOQ/tender documentation Review and approve vendor drawings in coordination with project timelines Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendor bids Work closely with the CEO and core team to ensure timely project execution Required Qualifications ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Government institute Strong academic interest in electrical systems and cable manufacturing Must submit a college project report or thesis as part of the selection process Freshers welcome, provided they demonstrate strong grasping ability and initiative Basic understanding of electrical load management, cable routing, and RF interconnects Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainable manufacturing practices Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Strong team collaboration and communication skills Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a startup environment Ability to work independently on technical tasks and meet tight deadlines To Apply: Please share your updated resume via WhatsApp at 9056759744 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Location: Rohini, Delhi, Delhi (Required) Work Location: In person
