In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers for last mile routes, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with suppliers, fix operational issues, and negotiate prices to optimize service quality. If you're passionate about operations, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving, this role is a perfect fit. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new suppliers for the last mile routes to ensure an efficient supply chain. Travel across last mile routes to identify and resolve operational issues. Handle day-to-day operations of last mile routes, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions. Manage and maintain relationships with onboarded suppliers to ensure service quality and reliability. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to maintain cost-effectiveness and high service standards. Work on improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by focusing on customer feedback and continuously enhancing the customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to implement operational improvements and streamline processes. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across last mile routes. Qualifications & Experience: 1+ years of experience in ground operations or a similar operational role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve operational challenges. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on maintaining mutually beneficial supplier relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Ability to travel frequently across different routes and locations. A customer-first mindset with a focus on enhancing the overall service experience. Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
