The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in hospital finance & accounts management with expertise in budgeting, audits, compliance, revenue cycle management, and cost control.Key Responsibilities: Oversee hospital accounting, financial planning, financial control and reporting Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audits (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue cycle operations Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial risk management Liaison with banks, financial institutions, and auditors Implement financial best practices for hospital growth and sustainabilityRequirements: CA/ICWA with MBA (Finance) / M.Com with relevant hospital accounting, finance experience Strong knowledge of costing, hospital billing, insurance claims, and TPA coordination Proficiency in financial software & ERP systems Experience in NABH/NABL financial compliance is an added advantage Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Why Join Us?
