Job Description

We are looking for a LD Coordinator to join our GF_Human Resources + Payroll team in India . Your main tasks and responsibilities: Logistics administration: Organize and schedule training sessions, manage calendars, book venues, handle registrations, and coordinate with facilitators. Program coordination: Support the roll-out and implementation of both virtual and in-person learning programs (global programs, leadership development, technical training), ensuring smooth execution and a great participant learning experience. LXP support: Upload training materials, monitor learner progress, generate reports and troubleshoot related queries. Data Analysis: Proactively analyze trends in learner engagement and suggest enhancements to improve training outcomes Communication engagement: Send invitations, reminders, and follow-ups for training sessions, gather feedback, and ensure strong learner engagement. Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with HR, the business, and external vendors to coordinate training needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Driven, organized and solution-focused: You take ownership of tasks and can anticipate challenges, finding effective solutions as you go. Adaptable highly organized: You can manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience with learning management platforms and systems is a plus. Collaborative communicative: You work well with different teams and stakeholders to drive learning initiatives forward. To succeed in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in LD, HR, training coordination or similar role. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with LMS platforms and reporting tools is a strong advantage. Exposure to coordinating global or multi-regional training programs is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
