Role & responsibilities AI/ML Development & Innovation: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions in areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI. Implement machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and AI-driven automation tools. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to enhance products and services. AI Architecture & Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing software products and client solutions. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments. Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to build end-to-end AI pipelines. AI Team Leadership & Collaboration: Guide and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts. Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to align AI strategies with company goals. Conduct code reviews, AI research discussions, and technical training sessions for team members. AI Governance & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions follow ethical AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation. Adhere to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) when handling sensitive data. Business Impact & AI Strategy: Identify AI-driven opportunities for business growth and innovation. Improve decision-making using AI-based analytics, automation, and recommendation systems. Engage with clients to develop custom AI solutions for their business needs. Technical Skills Strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.). Experience with Big Data processing, cloud AI services (AWS AI, Azure AI, Google AI), and MLOps. Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, and Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, DALL•E, etc.). Proficiency in Python, R, or other AI-related programming languages. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business teams. Passion for AI innovation and continuous learning.
