This is a Band 28 Lead Analyst position: Roles and Responsibilities: The incumbent will be part of Global Supply Management and perform Secondary review of payments from Compliance perspective for Global Payments & other control activities. The incumbent must have a good understanding of account payable process to ensure the high quality. The incumbent should lead monitoring of control, compliance & SLA s to ensure flawless operational execution of payments. Ensure policy & regulatory compliances on all the third-party payments. Understand drivers of Customer experience and collaborate with other teams to develop and execute action plans to improve customer experience. The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards & should have high willingness to learn. The incumbent should have an eye for details with high focus on control & compliance. Being able to deal with an environment of continuous change, with the need to absorb information quickly, think laterally and work independently. Need to build business relationships and to collaborate with business partners. Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Able to meet deadlines, Eye for detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills. Customer interface with experience and ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify their specific requirements. Qualifications Excellent communication & analytical skills and should be able to manage queries independently. Result focus & self-driven & high on flexibility.
