Handle a team of creative designers. Content creation and management. Create design concepts and recommendations for advertising & promotional materials. Work with sales staff to generate ideas for advertisement campaign. Create advertising plan for print, web and social media. Negotiate advertising contracts. Desired Candidate Profile: Must have around 7-10 years of relevant experience into sales and marketing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command over verbal and writing skills.
