Role & responsibilities As part of the Corporate Communications and Brand team, he will work with a manager to serve the corporate branding and Internal as well as external communication needs in line with the communications strategy. Internal Communication: He will collaborate closely with the teams within your assigned Business Unit, Function, or project to continuously assess their needs and develop effective campaigns and communication materials for internal stakeholders, in alignment with brand guidelines, and the Communications Strategy. Additionally, you will ensure that key information within your area of responsibility receives the appropriate visibility and is consistently communicated across all relevant internal channels, in line with these guiding frameworks. External Communication: He will work with your manager and the Head of Brand to deploy insightful, relevant campaigns, in line with the brands vision. Writing and Editing: As a Lead, you will have a large role to play in the many pieces of long-form collateral that are created - from newsletters to whitepapers to presentations and so on. You will be responsible for impeccable copy and style, in line with the global brand guidelines and style. Preferred candidate profile Experience in corporate communication and marketing in large organisation. Experience in copy writing and/or content writing. Experience in the retail technology industry is a plus. An MBA or Masters in marketing/communication or bachelors in advertising/Media/Communication would be given preference. Perks and benefits
