Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality data insights and solutions. Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives. Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation of tasks. Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analysis and reporting activities. Mentor and train junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of analysts.
